Located to the left of the entrance to the ancient Monastery Cellars, the Sala delle Pietre welcomes guests in an atmosphere of authentic charm, preserving the original identity of the monastic space. The combination of tradition and contemporary details, such as perimeter lighting and wooden flooring, creates an intimate yet spectacular setting, ideal for tastings, exhibitions, private meetings or convivial moments of essential elegance.
An intimate and evocative setting, the Sala della Custodia preserves the industrious spirit of the ancient cellars, offering an intimate and charming space. It is the perfect choice for tastings, photo shoots, workshops, presentations or small events that require atmosphere, warmth and authenticity.
Located in the heart of the Cellars, it stands out for its slender proportions and its understated, contemporary charm. The evocative play of light enhances its linear structure and contributes to making it extremely versatile, ideal for corporate events, exhibitions, installations, talks and dinners with a minimalist design that enhance the historical charm of the setting.
The three rooms of the Cantine, which are directly connected to each other, can be used together, creating a single large, continuous space. Overlooking the internal cloister, the Sala Torre del Beato Guala is located in the eastern wing of the monastery, built in the 13th century to house Bishop Guala De’ Roniis, a disciple of St. Dominic. At the end of the short side, original remains of the Palatium, one of the oldest parts of the complex, have been preserved. An ideal space for conferences, private meetings or dinners, where historical charm and intimacy come together.
The Sala del Loggiato is an intimate and cosy space, perfect for exhibitions, small meetings, snacks or exclusive aperitifs. With its compact size and welcoming atmosphere, it offers an elegant setting for private events, where every detail can be carefully taken care of.
Built in the second half of the 16th century on the model of the large refectory of the monastery of Vallombrosa, the Refectory Hall welcomes its guests with the majestic Last Supper on canvas by Alessandro Allori, official painter of the Medici court. Spacious, bright and with natural acoustics, it is the ideal setting for conferences, lectures and cultural events.
